Questions agents ask
Does anything get sent without me checking it?
No. By default every reply is drafted and waits for you to press approve. Once you trust it, you can choose to let simple replies (like viewing slots) go out on their own. That is your call, not mine.
Will it work with the inbox and portals I already use?
It works with email-based enquiries, which covers website forms and most portal messages because they arrive as email. I build it around what you already use, so your team does not have to learn a new tool. If you use a CRM like Realworks, I check what it allows before quoting.
Does it sound like a robot?
The replies are written from your own website, listings and past emails, in your tone. You see real examples in the free demo before you pay anything, so you can judge for yourself.
How much does it cost?
A fixed price, agreed by email before any work starts, based on what you actually need. No hourly billing and no long contract. Most agencies start with one system, usually the enquiry replies, and add more later.
What happens with the personal data in enquiries?
Enquiries contain personal data, so they are processed only for answering them and are not sold or shared. I explain exactly where each message is processed before anything goes live.
Do I need a call?
